Online Marketing Success – Guaranteed

With any type of marketing staying on task is key.

My purpose in writing this blog post is once again to share marketing tips and techniques that you may find helpful in your quest for online marketing success.

Bold statement right?

Maybe. But there is a 100% guaranteed formula for success, be it on or offline.

What is it?

Read these next few words and let it really soak in.

The right product...to the right market...at the right time.

Did that soak in? Make sense?

Thing about it. If you have the right product, present it to the right people, at the time they are ready to buy...is it a guaranteed sale? Absolutely.

Here's a powerful statement for you to ponder.

You can't say the wrong thing to the right person, or the right thing to the wrong person.

So let's break it down.

Let's start with the product. What makes something the "right" product. Well, several things.

If you're in MLM or Network Marketing, product is paramount.

What makes it the right product?

The product has to be making noise in the mainstream marketplace. It's a fallacy in network marketing that the reason they use independent sales reps to bring a product to market is to help "educate the marketplace". That's baloney.

The main reason companies use the MLM model to bring products to market is a) it's cheaper, b) it's cheaper, and c) it doesn't cost as much. Any other marketing model has HUGE costs attached. Advertising, marketing, personnel, real estate, manufacturing, shipping, and on and on. With an MLM startup, you can get started with a web site or order processing number, comp plan software, and a product or products to market. I know, that's oversimplifying but many MLM companies have been started just that way. Some for as little as a few hundred bucks. Not all, but some.

Now I don't want to downplay MLM or network marketing as a business model. I'm totally sold on the concept, but the fact remains, all things being equal if a company chooses the direct sales, mlm, network marketing model to bring a product to market....it's cheaper.

That being said, we've looked a little at why a company may use the MLM distribution model, but what should you be looking for in a product. Again...mainstream appeal. If you're product is too niche oriented, it's going to be a hard road my friend.

What's mainstream?

What's being advertised?

Who's spending money?

What are other marketing models such as infomercials, direct sales organizations, and traditional businesses trying to sell. When you click through the channels on TV what is being pitched? If it's not selling they won't keep running the ads.

Also, what's being shown on TV in the way of thematic content. Like American Idol, and other shows that sprung up around that theme, like So You Think You Can Dance, and America's Got Talent. Cooking shows. There's an entire channel dedicated to cooking. There's a hunting channel, travel channel, sports channels, and the list goes on. What's the common theme here? Entertainment. No matter what the economy, people are going to spend a few bucks being entertained.

People want to be distracted, entertained, destressed....

So, is your product showing up in these arenas? Are people talking about what your product does on a daily or even weekly basis? If not, guess what. You have to do all the talking. You have to bring up the subject.

What are some common themes that we are seeing right now on infomercials and in the mainstream?

1) Weight Loss (it's always hot), but now more leaning towards exercise like SPX90 and Tai Bo.

2) Sports: what's really hot right now?

MMA (Mixed Martial Arts). The UFC, the show "The Ultimate Fighter", Strikeforce, the WEC, and others. Until this year you might see a UFC event once or twice a year. Now, they are occurring every two weeks on Pay Per View. I remember having to run around and try to find a Hooters to watch an event. Then it spread to Buffalo Wild Wings. Tonight I ate at Applebee's and they're showing the fights now. Watch for someone to figure out how to pair MMA with network marketing. Ka-ching

Poker - ESPN shows hours and hours of poker now. More events are added on a regular basis. The first World Series of Poker was played by 50 players. This year it's expected to be close to 8,000. That's from 10's of thousands of players who've played to try and earn a seat to the big event. It's estimated there are over 300 million poker players worldwide. Poker training has now been made available through the network marketing model via the Poker Training Network.

3) Social Networking - the total users on Facebook right are larger in number than the population of the US of A. New social networks spring up almost daily. What are a lot of these people doing? Playing games, sending virtual flowers and gifts, and playing more games. Staying in touch with friends and family, and marketing their products and services. HUGE MARKET.

An awesome site, betternetworker.com is a social site strictly made up of network marketers. A year or so ago, it was just a few thousand people. Now it has swelled to over 50,000.

So, if you're not tying into some of these waves, you are swimming upstream so to speak. I know, I can hear some of you reading this saying, "man I'm old school....belly to belly...that's marketing". No, that's also baloney.

Think about it folks. THIS IS BOLD AND UNDERLINED BECAUSE I'M SCREAMING IT.

Okay....pay attention....

Everything you read says that 90-95% of network marketers fail. Right? Why?

Have they been using these new fangled tactics all this time?

No.....OLD SCHOOL TACTICS. Hello....for the past 30-40 years, tactics haven't changed that much.

1) Make a list of friends and family
2) Get them on a 3-way with your upline
3) Get them to a meeting
4) Get them signed up and on autoship
5) Retire to the Bahamas.....

BALONEY.

Okay, I got that off my chest.

So you've found the right product, now what? THE RIGHT MARKET

Okay, here's the definition of marketing according to the American Society of Marketing.

Marketing is the activity, set of institutions, and processes for creating, communicating, delivering, and exchanging offerings that have value for customers, clients, partners, and society at large.

What's the big catch phrase online right now? Attraction Marketing.

Hello...that's an oxymoron. All marketing is about attracting buyers to the seller through communicating that you have something of value for the prospect. If they agree....they buy.

There's the big chasm. The ultimate divide.

Pay Attention

Marketing is NOT selling. Marketing is communicating and delivering an OFFERING. Not closing a sale, but sharing a product or service as a possible SOLUTION.

You've heard it hundreds of times, but it's worth repeating. People don't buy a drill because they want a drill, they buy a drill because they want a hole. LET IT SOAK.

People don't buy your product because of the product....they buy it because of the results it brings, and most importantly the problem it solves.

If people sign up in your opportunity to make money, regardless of the product, and they don't make any, guess what? They stop buying the product.

If they buy your product to lose weight...
If they buy your product to be entertained...

Anyway, final point.

Timing

The sale comes at the right time. That's one of the reasons having a marketing system that takes people through the sales process is becoming more and more necessary. People make their buying decisions for different reasons and in different ways. That is one of the reasons opportunity meetings were and still are effective. There's an event with a time frame. The opportunity is presented and a call to action takes place.

That's why you constantly see sales emails talking about a time limit or a one time offer. To bring that time into the here and now.

So in summary, and I apologize (no I don't) for this being so long. It's truly from the heart, and I believe it in my core.

You HAVE TO, HAVE TO, HAVE TO.....find the right product.

You have to learn the skills to market the right product to the right market,

And you have to learn the skill of bringing the two, product and market, together at the right time.

It can be boring, and it falls into the category of mundane. But I'm here to help, as I travel the path of learning myself.

There are several marketing techniques that are in use today.#1 You can purchase leads from a lead provider normal cost is approximately $25.00-$35.00 per lead and there is a minimum purchase amount like about 100 per purchase. Some of these are retreads, so you are really guessing which are real or is this someone that just like talking on the phone. There are cheaper ones but they have been around the block a few times. So you are really guessing on these leads.#2 There is telemarketing, but then there is the “Do not call list” So you have to be careful there and not make a mistake or you will be sued.#3 Advertise in the local newspaper that you are now in the business of doing loans#4 You can direct mail to individuals that you are in the business of doing loans.I suggest you secure your own leads by leaving the office and spending time in a area that you want to work and get to know the people that could be your future clients. Thank you for this article! I’ve just found a certainly full source about how to get rich Try it!

Ever before given that their feud in UFC 107 in December, there have been several times, wherever it was believed that Evans and Jackson may collide next to 1 another. Even so, Jackson announced a retirement, which did not final for extended, but fit the match on keep. Now, with the star announcing a return, fairly much not too long ago, the feud has been reignited. Each of them will get an possibility to settle their differences the moment and for all when they go head-to-head towards just one a different in UFC 114 on May well 29.
