Results From Playing On PokerStars

When marketing online, staying focused is super important.

As always the reason for this blog post is to share marketing tips and marketing techniques that I am learning on my journey.

Just a quick note to say what a wonderful weekend. Had a little nasty weather here in Mississippi with the tornado, and it's always said when people are killed during such tragic events. Makes you appreciate all the blessings you have in your life even more.

Played in my first "real" online poker tournament. Can't really compare it to how I would have fared prior to joining the Poker Training Network, but I feel like I fared well. There were 180 entrants and I finished 26th. Not quite in the money, but still in the top 20%.

So far, the main thing I've learned with the training modules is to not stay in as many hands. So many factors come into play. The size of your stack, what position you are in at the table, how others are playing, your betting strategy, and a host of other things. There really is a lot to think about when playing poker.

The funniest part of the play was getting to play along with my son online. We didn't make it into the same tournament but we followed along with each other on skype. What a hoot. Both of us pulling for each other and having the ability to talk and see one another while playing. Love techology.

Anyway, the Poker Training Network is truly bringing something new to the MLM and network marketing arena.

If you haven't seen it yet, be sure and check out our new Facebook poker app, Calling All Players. Don't be alarmed if you don't see a lot of people in there yet....it's that new.
